Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Achievement of jointly defined sales targets
  • Mapping the entire sales process in our CRM, as well as tracking all activities and KPIs
  • Interacting with distributors, dealers, service providers, and farmers to develop new business
  • Conducting training sessions with customers and dealers
  • Coordinate and support trade shows and other events as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the agricultural industry
  • You have high expectations of yourself and achieve your sales goals
  • You can develop close relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • You bring exceptional communication skills in the English language. German languages is a big plus
  • You have experience working with Salesforce
  • You have a high willingness to travel
